Annual Reporting Requirements. Within ninety (90) days after the end of each fiscal year, the Trustees shall provide the Community Council and, upon written request, any Member, Party or Hydro, with an annual report on the financial operations of the Trust, including: (a) the Auditor’s report and opinion referred to in Article 10.2, including any supporting documentation; (b) any special audit reports and opinions requested by the Trustees; and (c) a narrative description of the use of the Funds Available during the fiscal year.
