Annual Self-Evaluation. The Board will conduct an annual self-evaluation to determine whether the Board and its committees are functioning effectively. Performance of the Board and its committees are surveyed as a whole rather than at the membership level. The Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee will receive comments from all Directors and report annually to the Board regarding the Board and its committees and recommendations for improvements in the overall performance of the Board and its committees.
