Annual Servicing Report of Independent Public Accountants. On or before the 90th day following the end of each fiscal year, beginning with the fiscal year ending December 31, 2007, the Servicer shall cause a firm of nationally recognized independent public accountants (who may also render other services to the Servicer, the Seller or their respective Affiliates) acceptable to the Insurer to furnish to the Indenture Trustee, the Servicer, the Seller, the Insurer, the Swap Counterparty and each Rating Agency each attestation report on assessments of compliance with the Servicing Criteria with respect to the Servicer or any affiliate thereof during the related fiscal year delivered by such accountants pursuant to paragraph (c) of Rule 13a-18 or Rule 15d-18 of the Exchange Act and Item 1122 of Regulation AB.
