Common use of Annual Statement of Compliance Clause in Contracts

Annual Statement of Compliance. Until the retirement of the Notes, or until such time as the Underwriters shall cease to maintain a secondary market in the Notes, whichever occurs first, the Transferor will deliver to the Representative the annual statements of compliance and the annual independent certified public accountants' reports furnished to the Indenture Trustee pursuant to Sections 8.10 and 8.11 of the 2003-A Servicing Supplement, as soon as such statements and reports are furnished to the Indenture Trustee.
