Annual Statement of Operating Results - Under-Collection of Receipts. If the certification described in Section 6.07(d)(4) above indicates that any of the Operating Receipts required to be collected by the Contractor hereunder have not been collected, the Contractor shall immediately pay to the Authority a sum equal to the difference between the amount of such Operating Receipts that should have been collected and/or deposited with interest thereon as specified under Section 6.05 hereof.
