Annual Target Cash Incentive Pay. The annual target Cash Incentive Pay (“Target Cash Incentive Pay”) for Executive during each fiscal year of the Term shall be not less than 60% of Executive’s current Base Salary, payable in accordance with the terms of the Annual Cash Incentive Plan. Executive's Target Cash Incentive Pay, as a percentage of Base Salary, shall be reviewed by the Compensation Committee on an annual basis.
