Annual Tax Information and Report. The General Partner will use commercially reasonable efforts to supply within 75 days after the end of each fiscal year of the Partnership to each person who was a Limited Partner at any time during such year the tax information necessary to file such Limited Partner’s individual tax returns as shall be reasonably required by law, and in all events the General Partner shall furnish such information within the time required by applicable law.
