Common use of Annual Tax Return and Financial Statements Clause in Contracts

Annual Tax Return and Financial Statements. The accountant for the Company shall prepare all required tax returns for the Company as of the end of each fiscal year, including the balance sheet and statement of income and expenses relating to such fiscal year, and a statement of Member’s distributive share of the items of income, gain, loss, deduction and credit of the Company for tax purposes for such fiscal year. The Company shall furnish Member with a copy of each such tax return and statement on or before the date the Company files its tax returns for such fiscal year.
