Annual Update Meetings Sample Clauses

The Annual Update Meetings clause requires the parties to meet on a yearly basis to review and discuss the progress, performance, or ongoing obligations under the agreement. Annual Update Meetings. At least once during each consecutive twelve (12)-month period from the License Agreement Effective Date until the earlier of first approval of a BLA for Licensed Product by the FDA or first approval of an MAA for Licensed Product by the EMA, within thirty (30) days of Bluebird’s written request, the Parties will meet in person at a U.S. site of Celgene for Celgene to provide Bluebird with an update on the Development of Licensed Product by Celgene and its Sublicensees. During such meeting, Celgene will disclose to Bluebird all material information regarding such Development.
