Annual Use Fee. Beginning July 1, 2023, and every year thereafter, Red Hawks shall pay the Town of Los Gatos an Annual Use Fee for the use of the Premises. The initial Annual Use Fee shall be $5,850. Annual Use Fee. Big Top shall pay an “Annual Use Fee” of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00), payable in two equal installments due on June 1 and September 1 of each calendar year, except that the Annual Use Fee for 2019 shall be payable in one payment, due on September 1, 2019.
Annual Use Fee. In recognition of the recreational opportunities and other benefits made available to members of the public and the community, including District students and families, through the City’s operation and maintenance of the Premises as a public recreational park, the City shall pay the to the District the total amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each year of the Term of this Agreement, as an annual use fee (“Annual Use Fee”), which amount shall be payable upon execution of this Agreement and annually invoiced by the District thereafter on each anniversary of the Effective Date. The District reserves the right to increase the Annual Use Fee for any Renewal Terms hereof.
Annual Use Fee. Management Contractor shall pay to the Port an Annual Use Fee for the Facility of One Hundred-Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00), payable in 12 equal monthly installments of $12,500.00 each. Payment is due to Port in advance on the first of each month for that month.
Annual Use Fee. The annual use fee for this Special Land Use Permit is based on fair market rental land value and is initially established at $230.00 per year. The annual use fee is due on or before June 1st each year. This fee is subject to adjustment by Permittor at the commencement of the sixth year of the term and every fifth year thereafter (the “adjustment date”). The adjustment shall be based on current fair market rental land value. The compensation adjustment takes effect on the applicable adjustment date, regardless of whether the adjustment determination occurs before or after that date.
