Use Fee. User shall pay a fee in the amount of $2,214.87 per month, which shall be received by the City on or prior to the first day of the month. Except as may be otherwise provided herein, the User shall provide all funding and personnel necessary to manage their occupied portion of the Center, conduct and supervise the programs they provide at the Center, and coordinate their activities with the other users of the Center.
Use Fee. 6.1 The use fee depends on the purpose of the meeting/event and the nature of the group using the facility.
6.2 Additional charges may be added to include supervision and/or security staff, above-normal or overtime custodial help when required, above normal set-up costs, hauling or handling equipment, use of projectors or other equipment, equipment operators, repairs and damage, or other costs as determined by the College. Such services will be paid by the Lessee at the current established rate, including overtime.
6.3 All charges shall be paid to the appropriate College Cashier’s Office. All facility and service charges shall be paid in advance. Additional charges for damages shall be billed directly to the Lessee. College employees are paid directly by the College not the Lessee.
Use Fee. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the entire “Use Fee” as that term is defined in Section 4 of the License, shall be payable to Assignor. Assignor shall be entitled to retain the entire Use Fee, and no portion of which shall be prorated at Closing or payable to Assignee.
Use Fee. The director shall be paid use fees by the NFB in an amount of three decimal two per cent (3.2%) of the Distributors’ Gross Revenue less one hundred percent (100%) of the Budget, in accordance with the provisions herein.

Use Fee. The User Fee shall be as set forth by the Village Board from time to time. Full Payment of the Use Fee (as shown on Page 1 of this Agreement) must accompany this Agreement which has been executed by the Applicant, and the required Certificate of Insurance, which shall be subject to the approval of the Village Attorney in advance of any proposed use of Village Property, shall be due not less than ten (10) days prior to the event.
Use Fee. The operator will pay to the Lessor a use fee for the leased premises hereunder as follows:

See Section11 Sanitation and Cleanup.
