Common use of ANNUAL WAGE SUPPLEMENT Clause in Contracts

ANNUAL WAGE SUPPLEMENT. (1) The Company shall pay an annual wage supplement equivalent to one month's basic salary as at 31st December. (2) Confirmed employees who have not completed 12 months' service shall be paid an annual wage supplement pro-rated to the number of completed months of service in the year. (3) Employees who have to leave the Company’s service before 31st December due to the following reasons shall be paid a pro- rated annual wage supplement for the period that they had served:

(2) Confirmed employees Employees who have not completed 12 twelve months' service shall be paid an annual wage supplement on a pro-rated to the number of completed months of service in the yearrata basis.
