ANNUAL WAGE SUPPLEMENT. (i) The Company shall pay an annual wage supplement equivalent to one month’s base salary to each eligible employee. (ii) New hires who have not completed 12 months’ service as at 31st December each year shall be paid an annual wage supplement on a pro–rated basis for the number of completed months of service. Fifteen or more days shall be treated as a completed month of service. (iii) The annual wage supplement shall be based on base salary paid as of 31st December of each year. Employees not on the payroll as of 31st December shall not be eligible to receive the annual wage supplement.
