Annual Working File. Principals may maintain an annual working file. The employee shall be able to inspect said working file and make copies of any of its contents. At the end of the year its contents will either be destroyed or transferred only to the permanent personnel file, provided that the Principal may maintain a copy of the previous year's final evaluation in the working file for employees who remain at that school.
Annual Working File. Each building may maintain a building working file. Employees shall be able to inspect said working file and make copies of any of its contents. Employees may request in writing specific items be removed from said working file. Contents of the working file may be transferred to the permanent personnel file and is subject to the requirements of this agreement.
