Common use of ANNUITY ACCOUNT FEE Clause in Contracts

ANNUITY ACCOUNT FEE. An Annuity Account Fee of [$35] per Contract Year will be deducted on the next Valuation Date following the last day of each Contract Year. If the Contract is surrendered prior to the last day of a Contract Year, the full Annuity Account Fee will be deducted upon the surrender. The Annuity Account Fee will be deducted from each Variable Sub-account and Fixed Sub-account on a pro-rata basis.
