ANNUITY TRUST Sample Clauses

ANNUITY TRUST. The Employer agrees to be bound by the provisions of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust establishing the Atlanta Iron Workers Local Union No. 387 Annuity Fund and amendments thereto and hereby agrees to its incorporation into this Agreement. In addition to the hourly base wage rates shown in Article 17 of this Agreement, the Employer agrees to pay the amount listed per hour to Pension Contribution to the jointly administered Fund for annuity benefits as determined by the Fund Trustees. Pension contributions may not be added to employee pay.
