Common use of Annulment of Formula Clause in Contracts

Annulment of Formula. Should the above escalation provisions become null and void by action of the US Government, the price shall be adjusted due to increases in the costs of labor and material which have occurred from the period represented by the applicable Reference Price Indexes to the fourth months prior to the scheduled Aircraft Delivery.
