Annulment of the Formula. Should the above provisions become null and void by action of the US Government, the Reference Price will be adjusted due to increases in the costs of labor and materiel which have occurred from the period represented by the applicable Reference Composite Price Index to the twelfth (12th) month prior to the scheduled month of Aircraft Delivery.
