Common use of Anonymous Data Clause in Contracts

Anonymous Data. The Supplier shall be entitled to use aggregated anonymised User Data created from data produced under this Agreement for the purposes of reporting on the performance, developing and providing new and different products/services. This paragraph shall survive the expiry or termination of the Agreement.

Anonymous Data. The Supplier shall be entitled to use aggregated anonymised User Personal Data created from data produced under this Agreement for the purposes of reporting on the performance, developing and providing new and different products/servicesservices to Supplier’s customers, levels of usage and revenue of the Services (provided that such use does not identify the Customer or any living person identified in the Personal Data). This paragraph shall survive the expiry or termination of the Agreement.
