Common use of Anti-avoidance Clause in Contracts

Anti-avoidance. The Company has not entered into or been a party to any scheme or arrangement which has no commercial purpose or of which the main purpose, or one of the main purposes, was the avoidance of or the reduction in or the deferral of a liability to Tax.
