Anti-Boycott Sample Clauses

An anti-boycott clause prohibits parties from participating in or supporting boycotts that are not sanctioned by the laws of their own country, particularly those targeting specific countries, companies, or individuals. In practice, this clause may require parties to refuse requests to avoid doing business with certain entities or to refrain from providing information that could facilitate a boycott. Its core function is to ensure compliance with national anti-boycott regulations and to protect parties from legal and reputational risks associated with participating in unauthorized boycotts.
