Anti-Boycott. In accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code Xxx. § 2270.002, Engineer warrants and represents that it does not boycott Israel and agrees that it will not boycott Israel during the term of this contract.
Anti-Boycott. Notwithstanding any other provision of this AGREEMENT, neither LICENSEE nor LICENSOR shall be required to take or refrain from taking any action impermissible or penalized under the laws of the United States or any applicable foreign jurisdiction, including without limitation the anti-boycott laws administered by the U.S. Commerce and Treasury Departments.
Anti-Boycott. The Contractor warrants, represents and agrees that during the time this Contract is in effect, neither it nor any affiliated company, as hereafter defined, participates in or cooperates with an international boycott (See IRC § 999(b)(3)-(4), and IRS Audit Guidelines Boycotts) or engages in conduct declared to be unlawful by X.X. x. 151E, s. 2. A breach in the warranty, representation, and agreement contained in this paragraph, without limiting such other rights as it may have, the Commonwealth shall be entitled to rescind this Contract. As used herein, an affiliated company shall be any business entity of which at least 51% of the ownership interests are directly or indirectly owned by the Contractor or by a person or persons or business entity or entities directly or indirectly owning at least 51% of the ownership interests of the Contractor, or which directly or indirectly owns at least 51% of the ownership interests of the Contractor.
Anti-Boycott. The Developer hereby verifies that it and its parent company, wholly- or majority-owned subsidiaries, and other affiliates, if any, do not boycott Israel and, will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. The foregoing verification is made solely to comply with Section 2271.002, Texas Government Code. As used in the foregoing verification, ‘boycott Israel’ means refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations specifically with Israel, or with a person or entity doing business in Israel or in an Israeli-controlled territory, but does not include an action made for ordinary business purposes. The Developer understands ‘affiliate’ to mean an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Developer and exists to make a profit. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the representations and covenants contained in this Section 29 shall survive termination of the Agreement until the statute of limitations has run.
Anti-Boycott. If this Agreement has a total potential value of $100,000 or more and if Vendor is a company with ten (10) or more employees, then pursuant to Idaho Code § 67-2346, Vendor affirmatively states that it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. In this paragraph, the terms “company” and “boycott Israel” shall have the meanings described in Idaho Code § 67-2346.
Anti-Boycott. No provision of this Order shall be interpreted or applied that would require any Party to do or refrain from doing any act which would constitute a violation of, or result in a loss of economic benefit under, any anti-boycott or export Law, including any such Law of the U.S.

Anti-Boycott. The Paying Agent/Registrar hereby verifies, for purposes of Chapter 2270 of the Texas Government Code, that, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable federal law, if any, including, without limitation, 509 U.S.C. Section 4607, that neither the Paying Agent/Registrar, nor any wholly owned subsidiary, majority-owned subsidiary, parent company or affiliate of the Paying Agent/Registrar, boycotts Israel and such entities will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. For purposes of this verification, "boycott Israel" means refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations specifically with Israel, or with a person or entity doing business in Israel or in an Israeli-controlled territory, but does not include an action made for ordinary business purposes.
Anti-Boycott. Consultant certifies that it is not currently engaged in a boycott of the State of Israel or an economic boycott, as defined in Utah Code Xxx. § 63G-27-102 and prohibited by Utah Code Xxx. § 63G-27-201(1); and agrees not to engage in a boycott of the State of Israel for the duration of this Agreement. Furthermore, Consultant agrees to notify the Client in writing if Consultant begins engaging in a prohibited economic boycott during the term of this Agreement. Activities which are not to be boycotted, absent an ordinary business purpose or unless the boycott is intended to comply with applicable state or federal law, include a boycott of companies that are engaged in fossil fuel-based energy, timber, mining, agriculture, or firearms; companies that do not meet or commit to meet environmental standards beyond applicable state and federal law requirements; or companies that do not facilitate or commit to facilitate access to abortion or sex characteristic surgical procedures. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated in this contract, pursuant to Utah Code Xxx. § 63G-27-201(3), this provision does not apply to a contract with a total value of less than $100,000 or to a contract with an entity that has fewer than 10 full-time employees, nor prohibit Client from entering into a contract with an entity that engages in an otherwise prohibited economic boycott if there is no economically practicable alternative available “to (A) acquire or dispose of a good or service; or (B) meet…[Client’s] legal duties to issue, incur, or manage debt obligations, or deposit, keep custody of, manage, borrow, or invest funds” or if the purpose of the economic boycott is to “comply with federal law.”
Anti-Boycott. Purchaser has complied with all applicable laws restricting compliance with boycotts issued by a non-US government and not endorsed by the United States (“Anti-Boycott Laws”), including the US Export Administration Regulations and has not (i) refused, agreed to refuse, or required any other person to refuse to do business with Israel or any other nation or company subject to a boycott not endorsed by the United States, (ii) refused to employ or discriminated against any person on the basis of race, religion, sex, national origin, or nationality in connection with a boycott not endorsed by the United States, (iii) implemented letters of credit containing terms or conditions prohibited by the Anti-Boycott Laws, or (iv) otherwise complied with any boycott not endorsed by the United States or a request based upon any such boycott.
