Scope of Products and Services. Provider agrees to deliver all Products and Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Board retains final authority with respect to all Products and Services delivered to the Board and all decisions related to those Products and Services. The Board, from time to time, may request changes in the scope of Products and Services. Those changes shall be documented in a written amendment to this Agreement signed by the authorized representatives of both parties. The scope of this Agreement shall be extended to individual Schools that are added through a Statement of Work (SOW).
Scope of Products and Services. 1.1 Party B (including its affiliates) shall provide Party A (including its associates) with the following products and services:
1.1.1 management, technical, facilities and ancillary services, including the supply of materials, technical consulting, technology transfer, delegated administration, technical research services and other supporting services;
1.1.2 sales of petroleum and natural gas products, by-products, semi-finished products and other various types of natural gas-related or petroleum-related products (other than the long-term sales provided under Article 1.1.3);
1.1.3 long-term sales of natural gas and liquefied natural gas, by-products, semi-finished products and other various types of natural gas-related or petroleum-related products.
1.2 Party A (including its associates) shall provide Party B (including its affiliates) with the following products and services:
1.2.1 exploration and support services: well site survey, geophysical exploration, seismic data processing, seismic testing data processing, integrated exploration research services, geophysical data acquisition, marine geological forecast and data processing, drilling, oil and gas well measurement, well logging, well cementation, exploration well operation and other related technical services, tow-boat, transportation, supply of materials/equipment, technical research of exploration and safety services as well as various types of technical services and support services related to the above operations;
1.2.2 oil and gas fields development and support services: engineering exploration, geological exploration, drilling, well completion, oil and gas well measurement, well logging, well cementation and other related technical services, design, construction, installation, testing and tuning of production facilities, shipping transportation, supply of materials/equipment, integrated research on development techniques as well as various types of technical services and support services related to the above operations;
1.2.3 oil and gas field production and support services: integrated research on production techniques, well workover, shipping transportation, oil tanker transportation, supply of material/equipment, maintenances of platform, repair of equipment and pipeline, production operations, oil exploitation operations, oil and gas production labour services, repair of facilities for the production of oil and gas fields, warehousing and storage, lease of equipment and building, road tr...
Scope of Products and Services. The Agreement shall apply to the delivery of information technology services, support, functions, and personnel as further described in an Order. Any mutually executed Order is hereby incorporated by reference.
(a) Equipment. If an Order specifies that Client will receive equipment or hardware (“Equipment”), except to the extent of any Services specified in the Order to be performed by CA, Client is responsible for installing, configuring, or maintaining the Equipment and for the implementation of appropriate data protection practices related to the protection of any information included on such Equipment while the Equipment is located within Client’s environment. Client is directly responsible for the replacement cost of any Equipment associated with any loss, repair, or replacement, including any other costs, damages, fees and charges to repair the Equipment, except to the extent any Equipment is covered by an applicable third-party warranty.
(b) Substitutions. Client acknowledges that CA may make reasonable substitutions for Equipment identified in an Order if the substitute is functionally equivalent, without requiring a change order due to discontinuation or other unavailability of the Equipment from the applicable third party manufacturer or distributor, provided that if any substitution results in a material change in the overall cost or a functionally equivalent product is not reasonably available, CA will initiate a change order and obtain Client approval for the substitution.

You understand that neither FideliTrade nor its affiliates execute or settle orders for securities, options, commodities futures contracts, or any type of investment that is bought or sold on national or foreign exchanges, markets or clearing houses. FideliTrade and its affiliates do not offer or enter into, execute or settle leveraged, margined, or financed transactions. Except for the special rules applicable to IRA Orders, FideliTrade executes all orders as spot transactions for immediate delivery to You, or as spot forward transactions, where delivery is deferred at your direction and upon instructions that FideliTrade receives from You.

1.2.1 Raw materials Party B shall provide Party A with raw materials, including crude oil, chemical raw materials (such as naphtha, ethylene, etc.) and other raw materials.

1.2.1 exploration and support services: geophysical exploration services, seismic data acquisition and processing, integrated exploration research services, collection of geophysical data, ocean geological forecast and data processing, offshore drilling, well survey, well logging, well cementation and other related technical services, ship tugging, transportation and security services and other related technical and supporting services;
1.2.2 oil and gas field development and support services: geologic examination, offshore drilling, well survey, well logging, well cementation and other related technical services, design, construction, installation and tuning of production facilities, shipping transportation, provision of materials, integrated research on development techniques as well as other related technical and supporting services;
1.2.3 oil and gas field production and support services: integrated research on production techniques, well workover, shipping transportation, oil tanker transportation, provision of materials, platform maintenance, repair of equipment and pipelines, production operations, oil extraction, oil and gas production labor services, warehousing and storage, lease of equipment and building, road transportation services, telecommunication and network services, wharf services, construction services, including roads, wharf, buildings, factories and water barrier, maintenance and repair of major equipment, medical, childcare and social services, provision of water, electricity and heat, security and fire services, technical training, accommodation, maintenance and repair of buildings, catering services and other related technical and supporting services;
