Common use of Anti-Bribery and Corruption Clause in Contracts

Anti-Bribery and Corruption. 17.1 Both Parties shall: (a) comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption including but not limited to the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 (“Relevant Requirements”); (b) have and shall maintain in place throughout the term of the Agreement its own policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Relevant Requirements and will enforce them where appropriate; and (c) promptly report to the other Party any request or demand for any undue financial or other advantage of any kind received by that Party in connection with the performance of the Agreement. 17.2 Both Parties shall provide such supporting evidence of compliance, including annual certification (if requested) as the other Party may reasonably request.
