Anti-Bribery Policy. 7.1 The Executive acknowledges and agrees that the Company is dedicated to ensuring full compliance with all anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act (Canada), by all of its employees. The Executive shall not make any payments or gifts to, or otherwise improperly influence, any government official in any jurisdiction the Company operates its Business to obtain or retain business on behalf of the Company, or to secure any improper business advantage, nor shall the Executive accept any payments or gifts from any government official in respect of the Business of the Company.
