Anti-Corruption and Anti-Terrorism Laws. The Credit Parties and their Restricted Subsidiaries shall ensure that the proceeds of any Credit Extension are not directly or indirectly used by such Credit Party, Restricted Subsidiary or their respective Affiliates for any purpose which would breach the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, and other similar Anti-Corruption Laws or any Anti-Terrorism Laws.
