Anti-Corruption Law Matters. To the best Knowledge of the Warrantors, there are no Actions pending or threatened against any Group Company, Founder, Founder Holding Company or any director, officer, agent, employee or any other Person acting for or on behalf of the foregoing, alleging a violation of any Anti-Corruption Law, (i) to obtain favorable treatment in securing business, (ii) to pay for favorable treatment for business secured, or (iii) to obtain special concessions or for special concessions already obtained, for or in respect of the Group Companies.
