Common use of Anti-corruption law Clause in Contracts

Anti-corruption law. (a) The Borrower shall not directly or indirectly use the proceeds of the Facilities for any purpose which would breach the Bxxxxxx Xxx 0000, the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 or other similar legislation in other jurisdictions. (b) The Borrower shall: (i) conduct its businesses in compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws; and (ii) maintain policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws.

Anti-corruption law. (a) The Borrower No Obligor shall not (and the Company shall ensure that no other member of the Group will) directly or indirectly use the proceeds of the Facilities Facility for any purpose which would breach the Bxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 or other similar legislation in other jurisdictions. (b) The Borrower shall: Each Obligor shall (iand the Company shall ensure that each other member of the Group will) conduct its businesses in compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws; and (ii) maintain policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such lawslaws in all material respects.

Anti-corruption law. (a) The No Obligor shall (and the Borrower shall not ensure that no other member of the Group will) directly or indirectly use the proceeds of the Facilities Facility for any purpose which would breach the Bxxxxxx Xxx 0000Bribery Act 2010, the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 or other similar legislation in other jurisdictions. (b) The Borrower shall:Each Obligor shall (and shall ensure that each of its Subsidiaries will): (i) conduct its businesses business in compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws; and (ii) maintain policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws.

(b) The Borrower shall:Each Obligor shall (and shall ensure that each other Group Member will): (i) conduct its businesses in compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws; and (ii) maintain policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws.

(a) The Borrower No Obligor shall not (and the Parent shall ensure that no other member of the Group will) directly or indirectly use the proceeds of the Facilities any Loan for any purpose which would breach the Bxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 or other similar legislation in other jurisdictions. (b) The Borrower shall:Each Obligor shall (and the Parent shall ensure that each other member of the Group will): (i) conduct its businesses in compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws; and (ii) maintain policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws.

(b) The Borrower shall:Each Obligor shall (and shall ensure that each other Group Member will): (i) conduct its businesses in compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws; and (ii) maintain policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws.

(b) The Borrower shall:Each Obligor shall (and the Company shall ensure that no member of the Group will): (i) conduct its businesses in compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws; and (ii) maintain policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws.
