Common use of Anti-corruption law Clause in Contracts

Anti-corruption law. (a) No Obligor shall (and the Company shall ensure that no other member of the Group will) directly or indirectly use the proceeds of the Facility for any purpose which would breach the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 or other similar legislation in other jurisdictions. (b) Each Obligor shall (and the Company shall ensure that each other member of the Group will) conduct its businesses in compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws in all material respects.

Anti-corruption law. (a) No Obligor shall (and the Company Borrower shall ensure that no other member of the Group will) directly or indirectly use the proceeds of the Facility for any purpose which would breach the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇Bribery Act 2010, the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 or other similar legislation in other jurisdictions. (b) Each Obligor shall (and the Company Borrower shall ensure that each other member of the Group will): (i) conduct its businesses business in compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws in all material respectslaws; and (ii) maintain policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws.

(b) Each Obligor shall (and the Company shall ensure that each other member of the Group Member will): (i) conduct its businesses in compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws in all material respectslaws; and (ii) maintain policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws.

(b) Each Obligor shall (and the Company shall ensure that each other member of the Group Member will): (i) conduct its businesses in compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws in all material respectslaws; and (ii) maintain policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws.

(b) Each Obligor shall (and the Company shall ensure that each other member of the Group its Subsidiaries will): (i) conduct its businesses business in compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws in all material respectslaws; and (ii) maintain policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws.

(bB) Each Obligor shall (and the Company shall ensure that each other member of the Group will): (1) conduct its businesses in compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws in all material respectslaws; and (2) maintain policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws.

(a) 25.3.1 No Obligor shall (and the Company shall ensure that no other member of the Group will) directly or indirectly use the proceeds of the Facility for any purpose which would breach the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 or other similar legislation in other jurisdictions. (b) 25.3.2 Each Obligor shall (and the Company shall ensure that each other member of the Group will): (a) conduct its businesses in compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws in all material respectslaws; and (b) maintain policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws.
