Common use of Anti-Corruption Laws, Anti-Terrorism Laws and Sanctions Clause in Contracts

Anti-Corruption Laws, Anti-Terrorism Laws and Sanctions. (i) None of the Originator or any of its Subsidiaries or, to the knowledge of the Originator, any of its directors, officers, employees, or agents that will act in any capacity in connection with or directly benefit from the facility established hereby is a Sanctioned Person, (ii) none of the Originator or any of its Subsidiaries is organized or resident in a Sanctioned Country and (iii) the Originator has not violated, been found in violation of or is under investigation by any Governmental Authority for possible violation of any Anti-Corruption Laws, Anti-Terrorism Laws or Sanctions.

(i) None of the Originator Servicer or any of its Subsidiaries or, to the knowledge of the OriginatorServicer, any of its directors, officers, employees, or agents that will act in any capacity in connection with or directly benefit from the facility established hereby is a Sanctioned Person, (ii) none of the Originator Servicer or any of its Subsidiaries is organized or resident in a Sanctioned Country and (iii) the Originator Servicer has not violated, been found in violation of or is under investigation by any Governmental Authority for possible violation of any Anti-Corruption Laws, Laws or Anti-Terrorism Laws in any material respect or of any Sanctions.
