Anti-Corruption Laws. The Borrower and its Subsidiaries have conducted their businesses in all material respects in compliance with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, and other similar anti-corruption legislation in other jurisdictions and have instituted and maintained policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws.

Anti-Corruption Laws. The Borrower and its Subsidiaries have conducted their businesses in compliance in all material respects in compliance with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, and other similar applicable anti-corruption legislation laws in other jurisdictions and have where the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries does business. The Borrower has instituted and maintained policies and procedures designed to promote and achieve compliance with such laws.
