ANTI-DUMPING NOTIFICATION. The Company received notification (the "Anti-Dumping Notification") dated November 26, 2004 from the United States Customs and Border Protection that the Company would receive, within fifteen (15) days of the notice, a check in the amount of $1,113,853.28 in satisfaction of its "Continued Dumping and Subsidiary Offset Claim." The Company has received no notice that amends, modifies or supersedes the Anti-Dumping Notification.
