Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions. (i) You agree that we may, in our sole and absolute discretion: (a) delay, block or refuse to process any Transaction; (b) delay, block or refuse to settle any Transaction; or (c) refuse to perform any one or more of our obligations under the Agreement; without incurring any liability, if we suspect, for any reason, that: (d) an action we are required or requested to take under the Agreement; (e) our involvement in any Transaction that is any way connected with the Agreement; or
