Each of the Loan Parties shall comply with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering Laws and Anti-Corruption Laws and shall maintain all of the necessary Permits required pursuant to any applicable Anti-Money Laundering Laws and Anti-Corruption Laws in order for such Loan Party to continue the conduct of its business as currently conducted, and will maintain policies procedures, and internal controls designed to promote and achieve compliance with such applicable laws and with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
