Anti-Money Laundering Matters. a. The Subscriber acknowledges that the Fund, the Adviser, the Administrator and/or any sub-administrator acting on behalf of the Fund are subject to certain laws and regulations that are designed to prohibit and actively prevent money laundering and any activity that facilitates money laundering or the funding of terrorist or criminal activities (“Anti-Money Laundering Regulations”).
