Anti-Raiding. Executive agrees that during the term of his employment hereunder, and, thereafter for a period of two (2) years, he will not, as a principal, agent, employee, employer, consultant, director or partner of any person, firm, corporation or business entity other than the Corporation, or in any individual or representative capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, without the prior express written consent of the Corporation approach, counsel or attempt to induce any person who is then in the employ of the Corporation to leave the employ of the Corporation or employ or attempt to employ any such person or persons who at any time during the preceding six months was in the employ of the Corporation.
Anti-Raiding. During the full term of your employment with Trustmark and any of its Subsidiaries, and for a period of six (6) months after your termination of employment with Trustmark and its Subsidiaries, whether your employment is terminated voluntarily or involuntarily by either you or Trustmark or any of its Subsidiaries, with or without cause or notice, you will not directly or indirectly, either on your own accord or through another party or entity (whether as director, officer, consultant, principal, employee, agent or otherwise) attempt in any manner within the “Restricted Area” (as defined below) to solicit, employ or otherwise interfere with any of Trustmark’s or its Subsidiaries’ contracts or relationships with any other Associate, officer, director, shareholder or independent contractor, existing at the time of the termination of your employment with Trustmark and its Subsidiaries.
Anti-Raiding. Employee shall not, during the Restricted Period, without the prior written consent of the Company, directly or indirectly, on Employee’s behalf or on behalf of or in conjunction with others, as a contractor, agent, shareholder, owner, partner, director, officer, principal, member, employee, or in any other capacity or manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly solicit for employment, employ, or otherwise engage as an employee, independent contractor, or otherwise, any person who is, or within the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of any such activity was, an employee or contractor engaged by the Company.
Anti-Raiding. The Supplier agrees not to discuss hiring, make an offer, attempt to hire, or hire Buyer’s employees, without the prior, written consent of Buyer, during the term of this Agreement, and for a period of three (3) years after the Agreement ends or is terminated.

Consultant agrees that during the term of his retention hereunder, and, thereafter for a period of one (1) year, Consultant will not, as principal, agent, employee, employer, consultant, director or partner of any person, firm, corporation or business entity other that the Corporation, or in any individual or representative capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, without the prior express written consent of the Corporation approach, counsel or attempt to induce any person who is then in the employ of the Corporation to leave the employ of the Corporation or employ or attempt to employ any such person or persons who at any time during the preceding six months was in the employ of the Corporation.
Anti-Raiding. During the Term of this Agreement and thereafter for a period of one (1) year, either party may hire an
Anti-Raiding. During the period between (A) the date of the execution of this Agreement and the Closing Date if Closing shall occur, or (B) the date of the execution of this Agreement and March 31, 2011 if Closing shall not occur, Buyer shall not, directly or indirectly (including by or through any subsidiary or shareholder or other Affiliate), solicit for employment (except as specifically contemplated by Section 14(m)(1) and except through non-targeted solicitations) or attempt to solicit or otherwise endeavor to entice away from Seller any person who is an employee, independent contractor or other personnel of Seller as of the date hereof, or interfere in any way with the relationship between Seller and any of its employees, independent contractors or other personnel.
Anti-Raiding. Employee will not, during the Anti-Raiding Period, without the prior written consent of Santander Consumer, directly or indirectly, on Employee’s behalf or on behalf of or in conjunction with others, as a contractor, agent, shareholder, owner, partner, director, officer, principal, member, employee, or in any other capacity or manner whatsoever, solicit for employment, employ, or otherwise engage as an employee, independent contractor, or otherwise, any person who is, or within the twelve (12)-month period immediately preceding the date of any such activity was, an employee or contractor engaged by Santander Consumer.

Executive agrees that during the term of his employment hereunder, and, thereafter for a period of one (1) year, Executive will not, as principal, agent, employee, employer, consultant, director or partner of any person, firm, corporation or business entity other than the Corporation, or in any individual or representative capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, without the prior express written consent of the Corporation approach, counsel or attempt to induce any person who is then in the employ of the Corporation to leave the employ of the Corporation or employ or attempt to employ any such person or persons who at any time during the preceding six months was in the employ of the Corporation. Excepted from this Section 10.5 are Landmark's present employees and/or agents. The Corporation acknowledges, as of the date of this Agreement, that the Executive and one other agent of the Corporation are presently employed and/or engaged by Landmark.
