Common use of Anti-Terrorism and Anti-Corruption Laws Clause in Contracts

Anti-Terrorism and Anti-Corruption Laws. The Borrowers have implemented and maintain in effect policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance by the Borrowers, their Subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents with applicable Anti-Terrorism Laws, Anti-Corruption Laws and Sanctions, and the Borrowers, their Subsidiaries and their respective officers and employees and to the knowledge of the Borrowers, their directors and agents, are in compliance with applicable Anti-Terrorism Laws, Anti-Corruption Laws, and Sanctions in all material respects. None of the Borrowers, any of their Subsidiaries or, to the knowledge of the Borrowers, any director, officer, employee, agent, or affiliate of the Borrowers or any of their Subsidiaries is a Sanctioned Person.
