Common use of Anti-Terrorism and Anti-Corruption Laws Clause in Contracts

Anti-Terrorism and Anti-Corruption Laws. No Borrower is or shall be (a) a Person with whom any Lender is restricted from doing business under any Anti-Terrorism and Anti-Corruption Law, (b) to its knowledge engaged in any business involved in making or receiving any contribution of funds, goods or services to or for the benefit of such a Person or in any transaction that evades or avoids, or has the purpose of evading or avoiding, the prohibitions set forth in any Anti-Terrorism and Anti-Corruption Law that is applicable to any Borrower, or (c) otherwise in violation of any Anti-Terrorism and Anti-Corruption Law that is applicable to any Borrower in any material respect.
