Common use of Anti-Terrorism Law Clause in Contracts

Anti-Terrorism Law. Borrower shall not (a) conduct any business or engage in making or receiving any contribution of funds, goods or services to or for the benefit of any Person described in Subsection 9.24.2 above, (b) deal in, or otherwise engage in any transaction relating to, any property or interests in property blocked pursuant to the Executive Order or any other Anti-Terrorism Law, or (c) engage in or conspire to engage in any transaction that evades or avoids, or has the purpose of evading or avoiding, or attempts to violate, any of the prohibitions set forth in any Anti-Terrorism Law (and Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent any certification or other evidence requested from time to time by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion, confirming Borrower’s compliance with this Section).

Anti-Terrorism Law. Borrower shall not (a) conduct any business or engage in making or receiving any contribution of funds, goods or services to or for the benefit of any Person described in Subsection 9.24.2 7.24.2 above, (b) deal in, or otherwise engage in any transaction relating to, any property or interests in property blocked pursuant to the Executive Order or any other Anti-Terrorism Law, or (c) engage in or conspire to engage in any transaction that evades or avoids, or has the purpose of evading or avoiding, or attempts to violate, any of the prohibitions set forth in any Anti-Terrorism Law (and Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent any certification or other evidence requested from time to time by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion, confirming Borrower’s ’ compliance with this Section).

Borrower shall not (ai) conduct any business or engage in making or receiving any contribution of funds, goods or services to or for the benefit of any Person described in Subsection 9.24.2 Section 4.28 above, (bii) deal in, or otherwise engage in any transaction relating to, any property or interests in property blocked pursuant to the Executive Anti-Terrorism Order or any other Anti-Terrorism Law, or (ciii) engage in or conspire to engage in any transaction that evades or avoids, or has the purpose of evading or avoiding, or attempts to violate, any of the prohibitions set forth in any Anti-Terrorism Law (and Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent Lenders any certification or other evidence requested from time to time by the Administrative Agent any Lender in its reasonable discretion, confirming Borrower’s 's compliance with this SectionSection 6.14 and Section 4.28).
