Common use of Anti-Terrorism; OFAC; Anti-Corruption Clause in Contracts

(i) None of the Servicer nor any of its Affiliates nor, to the knowledge of the Servicer, any Obligor is a Person that is, or is owned or controlled by one or more Persons that is, (x) the subject of any Sanctions, or (y) located, organized or resident in a country or territory that is, or whose government is, the subject of comprehensive territorial Sanctions (including, without limitation, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic and the Luhansk People’s Republic).
