Anti-Virus Statement. Philips software is a computer-based medical product and, therefore, may be subject to attack by outside computer viruses. The software required to prevent attack by a computer virus must be constantly monitored and updated. Customer shall install and maintain anti-virus software in accordance with the Equipment Installation or Reference Guide. Philips shall use reasonable efforts to notify Customer if Philips becomes aware of any virus in the software licensed to Customer under this Agreement.
