Antiboycott Compliance. Notwithstanding any other documentary provision pertaining to the transaction(s), no Party shall take or be required to take any action prohibited or penalized under the laws of the United States or any applicable foreign jurisdiction, including without limitation the antiboycott laws administered by the U.S. Departments of Commerce and Treasury.
