Anticipatory governance. This section of data analysis will be devoted to the description of the strategic attributes of the governance. Regarding the anticipatory capacity, CoVEs assume the following developmental particularities: (i) There is limited evidence but accumulating relevant data in COMETA, significant evidence and real-world data in MCAST, extensive evidence and real world data in Omnia and San Viator that roles and responsibilities are set according to the existing strategic vision and the multiannual strategy. (ii) There is limited evidence but accumulating relevant data in COMETA and significant evidence and real-world data in Omnia, MCAST and San Viator resource allocation, monitoring and evaluation procedures fit to the multiannual strategy objectives. (iii) There is limited evidence in MCAST and, respectively, significant evidence and real-world data in Omnia, San Viator and COMETA their strategic vision is based on foresight/prospective studies. All in all, when referring to systematic and structured processes/procedures that ensures IVE on the local agenda and CoVE explicit role (implementation and impact), the findings are reflected below.
