Anticompetitive Agreements. The Provider will not offer, enter into nor enforce any formal or informal agreement with any person, firm or entity under which the parties agree to refrain from competing for any future service contract or limit in any manner the ability of either party to obtain employment by or provide services to the Department or a provider of services to the Department.
