Common use of Antidilution Adjustments; Notice of Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Antidilution Adjustments; Notice of Adjustment. The Exercise Price and the Warrant Share Number shall be subject to adjustment from time to time as provided in Section 12 of the Warrant Certificate, which terms are hereby incorporated into the terms of the Book-Entry Warrants (and any Warrant Statement relating thereto). Whenever the Exercise Price or the Warrant Share Number is so adjusted or is proposed to be adjusted as provided in Section 12 of the Warrant Certificate, the Company shall deliver to the Warrant Agent the notices or statements, and shall cause a copy of such notices or statements to be sent or communicated to each Holder pursuant to Section 6.03, in each case as provided in Sections 12(H) and (I) of the Warrant Certificate.
