Common use of Antipiracy Clause in Contracts

Antipiracy. Executive agrees for the duration of the Restrictive Period, Executive will not, either individually or through or by any agent, representative, entity, employee or otherwise, solicit, encourage, contact, or attempt to induce any employees of Nucor () with whom Executive had regular contact with at the time of, or at any time during the 12 month period immediately prior to, the Date of Termination, and () who are employed by Nucor at the time of the encouragement, contact or attempted inducement, to end their employment relationship with Nucor.
