ANTITRUST ASSIGNMENT TO THE STATE. Contractor assigns to the state of Ohio, through the Department of Administrative Services, all of its rights to any claims and causes of action the Contractor now has or may acquire under state or federal antitrust laws if the claims or causes of action relate to the supplies or services provided under this Contract. Additionally, the state of Ohio will not pay excess charges resulting from antitrust violations by Contractor's suppliers and subcontractors.
