Any Breach Notice issued by Sample Clauses

Any Breach Notice issued by a Party in connection with this Framework Agreement shall not be invalid due to it containing insufficient information. A Party receiving a Breach Notice (“Receiving Party”) may ask the Party that issued the Breach Notice (“Issuing Party”) to provide any further information in relation to the subject matter of the Breach Notice that it may reasonably require to enable it to understand the Breach Notice and/or to remedy the breach. The Issuing Party shall not unreasonably withhold or delay the provision of such further information as referred to above as may be requested by the Receiving Party but no such withholding or delay shall invalidate the Breach Notice.

  • Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter contained in this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and negotiations between the parties.

  • Term The term of this Agreement will be ten (10) years from the Effective Date (as such term may be extended pursuant to Section 4.2, the “Term”).
