Any other protocols. Provider shall ensure that DSPs are oriented/trained to the curriculum for all Covered Services they are authorized to provide initially within 30 days of hire. Documentation of orientation/training shall be retained by Provider. For all clinical Covered Services (AODA and mental health services, where DSP is licensed), provider shall develop and maintain a written description of the therapeutic approach, service model, and/or evidence based support for the service model, as well as a description of the intervals and methods used to determine whether continuation of services is warranted.
