Common use of Any Other Termination of Service Clause in Contracts

Any Other Termination of Service. In the event of the Participant’s Termination of Service (A) prior to the first anniversary of the Grant Date for any reason, or (B) after the first anniversary of the Grant Date but prior to the Performance-Based Vesting Date for any reason other than as described in clause (b)(i) above, the Participant shall forfeit the Performance-Based RSU Shares in full without any payment to the Participant.

Any Other Termination of Service. In the event of the Participant’s Termination of Service (A) prior to the first anniversary of the Grant Date for any reason, or (B) on or after the first anniversary of the Grant Date but prior to the Performance-Based Vesting Date for any reason other than as described in clause (b)(i) above, the Participant shall forfeit the Performance-Based RSU Shares in full without any payment to the Participant.
