Common use of Any Other Termination of Service Clause in Contracts

Any Other Termination of Service. In the event of the Participant’s Termination of Service (A) prior to the first Time-Based Vesting Date for any reason, or (B) after the first Time-Based Vesting Date but prior to the final Time-Based Vesting Date for any reason other than a Qualifying Termination, any unvested Time-Based RSU Shares shall be forfeited without any payment to the Participant.

Any Other Termination of Service. In the event of the Participant’s Termination of Service (A) prior to the first Time-Based Vesting Date for any reason, or (B) on or after the first Time-Based Vesting Date but prior to the final Time-Based Vesting Date for any reason other than a Qualifying Termination, any unvested Time-Based RSU Shares shall be forfeited without any payment to the Participant.

In the event of the Participant’s Termination of Service (Ai) prior to the first Time-Based Vesting Date for any reason, or (Bii) on or after the first Time-Based Vesting Date but prior to the final Time-Based Vesting Date for any reason other than a Qualifying Termination, any unvested Time-Based RSU Shares shall be forfeited without any payment to the Participant.
