Common use of Any Other Termination Clause in Contracts

Any Other Termination. If the Termination Date occurs during the Employment Period and is a result of any reason other than as set forth in Section 4(b) above, then, other than the Minimum Benefits, Executive shall have no right to benefits under this Agreement (and the Company and its Affiliates shall have no obligation to provide any such benefits) for periods after the Termination Date. Provided, however, for any termination which is based on Good Reason by Executive, or Termination Without Cause by Company, Executive shall be entitled to the Minimum Benefits and Severance Amount.
